The REIKI journey can be done by everybody. The aim is first and foremost for personal growth and well-being. Soon after it can become a professional practise on its own.
To progress at your own pace and in good balance is key. The online theory portion gives you all the knowledge necessary to prepare for the practical class.
The REIKI practise is one of the purest if not the purest, most efficient way to work towards self-healing of your energy. The basic levels guide you to a beautiful and fun practise. While the advance levels require a more committed sense of practise.
